Consent is given to the processing of personal data, both without the use of automation tools, and with their use. During the processing of personal data, the following actions will be performed: collection; record; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); extraction; usage; transfer (provision, access); blocking; removal; destruction. Personal data is processed for up to 5 years. Also, the processing of personal data may be terminated at the request of the subject of personal data. The storage of personal data recorded on paper is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 125-FL “On Archival Matters in the Russian Federation” and other regulatory legal acts in the field of archival matters and archival storage.

FOR PHOTO AND VIDEO SHOOTING AND FURTHER USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES AND VIDEO MATERIALS

I give my consent to the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, legal address: 1A Kerchenskaya st., bldg. 1, Moscow, 117303, for photo and video shooting of my participation in the International Scientific Physics Olympiad and account of students, independently or with the involvement of third parties, for the implementation of any actions in relation to photo and video shooting with my participation, with their further use for the purpose of processing general data, among other things results of the International Scientific Physics Olympiad, including (without limitation) collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, depersonalization, blocking, photo and video materials, as well as any other actions with photo and video materials of my son (daughter). Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology guarantees that the processing of photo and video materials is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. I am informed that the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology will process photo and video materials in an automated way. Photo and video materials, after the expiration of the agreement, may remain in the archive of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and be used in its interests, and in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
